Beautiful and Bright tag card

Good morning.

I am back with a card inspired by the challenge over at CAS Christmas card challenges.

Beautiful and Bright card

Here is the challenge this month:

 Make a card with a Tag on it

I chose to stamp a tag using a fun Christmas holly stamp and then used a toothpick to paint the berries using acrylic paint.  I stamped the sentiment using a glittered silver ink and then scored some lines into the white cardstock for interest.  I finished the tag with some glittered ribbon I had in my stash and adhered to the white cardstock mat and then to my card base.

winter time is the best time tag

Welcome back to the second week of brand new inspiration challenges over at Inspired By card challenges. 

 I am in love with the challenge again this week because it jump-started my tags (goal for this year again (and one I've kept every year and around Christmas am glad I do...smile)

I decided to use an old (oh so old) houndstooth label for the cuff on my mitten and it made 

me happy to see the results.

Christmas tags

Welcome!  We are back with another week of fun challenges on the Inspired By blog.

I love challenges this time of year because many times I need tags in addition to cards, and I love to wrap all my packages with homemade tags to give that little extra touch to the gifts.

The photo this week really inspired me on my first set of tags this year.

I've been waiting to create my tags this year using the Crate Paper Snow and Cocoa line.  I completely ♥ this line, so fresh and fun, wish it was still available.

No Bones About It

Hello!

We are back with another week of challenges over at Inspired By card challenges.

I did not take a literal approach this week, much more interpretive but I am really happy with the birthday card I was able to create for an October birthday using this inspiration.

Hello!

We are back with another challenge over at IB card challenges.  This one is perfect for your fall and pumpkin-themed cards, FUN!

Here's my card inspired by the photo this week.

I was inspired by:

the pumpkins

 the different patterns on the pumpkins

how the patterns "pop" against the white pumpkins

I went with a pumpkin spice theme because to know me is to know that I love coffee, especially any coffee with pumpkin spice in it. :)
